Chris Plato

I was born in South London, for which I blame my parents. Specialising in short stories, scripts and flash fiction, I draw my ideas exclusively from life. Armed with observations of, and decisions about people - for better or for worse - I strive to invest my characters with the full gamut of human emotion and foibles. This gives the writing a believability which I hope readers will recognise from their own lives. All attempts at humour are intentional.

Long time married, currently living on the English South Coast, we have no pets as everybody else already has a dog.

I am currently working on a collection of pairs of short stories, where each pair explores 2 aspects of the same situation. I'm going to call it 'Back 2 Back'
